With the passion to create the best, Todd Yonteck, MD, CPA, formed Digital Caviar Creative in 2007. He was an early adapter of digital cinema and continually updates DC equipment to rival that of anywhere else in the world.
He is well known around the Bay Area as extremely technologically savvy. All the while maintaining a remarkable creative side and passion for development and composition. He pulls from his business and medical education as a foundation; augmented with a lifetime of experiences including life and death decisions and running multi-million dollar businesses. He has traveled the world and even lived on the continent of Antarctica while serving in the Air National Guard.

Michael E. Brown is an accomplished producer and executive with a career spanning commercial production, feature films, and military service. As Partner and Director of Operations at Digital Caviar, he helped scale the company into one of Tampa Bay’s leading independent film studios, producing more than 75 award-winning commercials (including two national Telly Awards) and 11 feature films with a combined budget of over $20M.
In addition, Michael works as an independent Line Producer and Production Manager on studio-level features, typically managing budgets of $4M–$9M. In this role, he is responsible for building and overseeing single-purpose entities that employ hundreds, drive millions in local economic activity, and deliver films for global audiences.
Earlier in his career, Michael served five years in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electrician and Troubleshooter, where he graduated top of his class, rose quickly to the rank of E-5, and played a critical role aboard the USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63) in maintaining a flight completion rate above 97%.

Conrad De La Torres III, a Service Disabled United States Coast Guard Veteran with 10 years of Active Military Service and over 12 years of experience in the Commercial & Feature Film Industry. Conrad is the Head Producer and Partner of Digital Caviar. His Cuban, Mexican, and American heritage imbues his work with passion, style, and creativity. Known for his sheer tenacity and prowess for problem-solving, Conrad excels in overseeing productions of any scale, from inception to delivery.
In the realm of feature films, Conrad has been instrumental in Producing, Directing, and Managing a diverse portfolio of works, including over fifteen feature films, feature documentaries, numerous shorts, new media content, and TV pilots.
On the commercial front, he has written, directed and/or produced several successful multi-million-dollar marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, local businesses, and designer brands alike.
